Implementation credits are the unit used to track done-for-you work inside the Amplify plan. Each credit represents one unit of implementation, such as a workflow build, an automation setup, or a funnel configuration. Amplify includes 30 credits per month. Unused credits do not roll over. Elevate removes the credit system entirely in favor of one active project at a time with dedicated focus.
Yes. Upgrading from Ignite to Amplify or from Amplify to Elevate is straightforward. Contact your support team and the change takes effect at the next billing cycle.
There is no free trial. Visionary OS™ is a managed infrastructure partnership, not a self-serve software product. The onboarding process is where the relationship and the system begin. We recommend reviewing the plan details carefully and reaching out with any questions before enrolling.
Week one is onboarding and audit. We assess your current client journey, identify workflow gaps, and establish the foundation for the build. Days one through thirty focus on foundation: CRM structure, core workflows, and the first automations. Days thirty through sixty bring systems into motion as automated processes go live and client onboarding is structured. Days sixty through ninety focus on optimization and expansion. After ninety days, plans move to month-to-month.
Within the first thirty days, you will have a mapped client journey, a structured CRM, and documented workflows replacing what currently lives in your head. By month three, automated processes are active, client onboarding is structured, and documentation supports delegation. By month six, your business operates on infrastructure, not on your constant presence.
No. If you do not have GoHighLevel, it is set up as part of your Visionary OS™ onboarding. If you already have an account, we work inside your existing setup and build from there.
This depends on the plan. Ignite requires more active involvement since you are doing the hands-on build with guidance. Amplify and Elevate are designed to minimize the demand on your time. Plans are billed monthly. We recommend staying through at least 90 days to see meaningful operational change. Infrastructure takes time to build correctly. After 90 days, plans move to month-to-month with full flexibility.
After the initial 90 days, plans are month-to-month and can be cancelled with standard notice. We ask that you give the system time to work. Most operational change becomes visible between days thirty and sixty.
