Question 1

Which plan is right for me?

Accepted Answer

It comes down to how much you want to implement yourself versus hand off. Ignite is for founders who want to build with expert guidance. Amplify is for those who want implementation handled for them with a credit-based system. Elevate is for founders who want a strategic partner managing execution while they lead growth. If you are unsure, start with Amplify. It is the most common entry point.

Question 2

Is this a CRM platform or software?

Accepted Answer

Visionary OS™ is more than software. It's a business operating system built inside GoHighLevel with workflows, automations, and backend structure designed to support growth.

Question 3

Is this done-for-you?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the plan you choose. Ignite is a do-with-you experience: you build, we guide. Amplify adds done-for-you implementation through a monthly credit system: you submit requests, your Systems VA executes them. Elevate is fully done-for-you: a strategic partner is embedded in your operations handling execution while you lead growth.

Question 4

Is this business coaching?

Accepted Answer

No. Coaching helps you think through decisions. Visionary OS™ builds the infrastructure those decisions run on. We are implementation-first, strategy exists to guide what we build, not as the deliverable itself.

Question 5

What results can I expect, and how quickly?

Accepted Answer

Within 30 days: mapped client journey, structured CRM, and documented workflows replacing what lives in your head. By month three: automated processes, structured onboarding, and documentation that lets you delegate. By month six: your business runs on infrastructure, not on you.

Question 6

What does the monthly investment cover?

Accepted Answer

Every plan includes full Visionary OS™ platform access, support, and training resources. Amplify adds 30 implementation credits per month and a dedicated support portal with request tracking. Elevate adds full done-for-you implementation, strategic partnership, and a phase-by-phase active project tracker.

Question 7

Is there a minimum commitment?

Accepted Answer

Plans are billed monthly. We recommend staying through at least 90 days to see meaningful operational change. Infrastructure takes time to build correctly. After 90 days, plans move to month-to-month with full flexibility.

Question 8

Is this for beginners?

Accepted Answer

Visionary OS™ isn't designed for beginners, but the real qualifier isn't a revenue number, it's where you are in your growth. If you have a proven offer, clients coming in, and a backend that's starting to cost you time, money, or peace of mind, you're exactly who this was built for.

Question 9

What makes this different from hiring a VA or OBM?

Accepted Answer

A VA executes tasks. An OBM manages projects. Visionary OS™ installs the system itself, the architecture that defines how your entire business operates. This is the infrastructure layer underneath the VA or OBM role.
